Water Bill Payment Options
Two online options are available to pay your water bill
Pay through doxo
- Bank account payments made through doxo are FREE of a service charge.
- Credit card, debit cards, and apple pay payments will incur a convenience fee of 2.95% or a
minimum of $2.95. - doxo support can be reached at 1-855-791-9986. Support Agents are available 8AM EST – 8PM EST.

- Bank account payments (ach) fees is .5%.
- Credit card and debit cards will incur a convenience fee of 2.15 %.
Auto-payment is now available!
- This option only works for ACH payments from a checking or savings account.
- You will still receive your utility bill in the mail.
- All payments will be drawn on the 21st of each month.
- Applications are available below or at city hall.
- A voided check or deposit slip must be included with the application.
- Please be sure to specify if the account is a checking or savings account.

- All applications for our initial roll-out will be due by 10/1/26 to start in November.
