Permits and Fees
Rental Fees
Please email all permit applications to Kim Claussen at kclaussen@staugustamn.gov or drop off at city hall. Once permits are ready, you will be contacted by phone or email. Permits can be paid for at City Hall or paid by phone and emailed to you. Permit fees are based on valuation so pre-payment is not an option.
Building permit application – fillable – will be denied if valuation is not listed
St. Augusta Residential Deck packet – must be included with all deck applications
Basement Finish Handout – must include layout drawing with application.
